Payment Methods

OZERTY accepts payments by VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards.

• The total amount is debited immediately from your selected payment method as soon as you click the "Complete Order" button on the checkout page.
• In the event of a refund, it is issued to the original payment method, unless the customer agrees to another arrangement (for example a credit on their Ozerty store credit). The terms applicable depending on the reason (withdrawal, return, non-conforming product) are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy.

Orders under €20 — Flexpay Program

The minimum order amount on our site is €20 of items (excluding shipping costs). This minimum allows us to offer you the lowest possible prices: shipping costs, which are fixed regardless of the contents of the parcel, are thus spread across several items rather than borne by a single one. It is also what allows us to offer free delivery, while limiting unnecessary packaging and journeys.

Carts below €20 nevertheless remain possible thanks to Flexpay, our refundable deposit system:

• How it works: if your cart is below €20 and you validate your order with Flexpay, a deposit of €14.95 is charged to your payment method 48 hours after your order. On the same day, your Ozerty store credit is credited with a benefit of €14.95, i.e. the equivalent of the deposit, usable on your next purchases.
  
  
• Your Ozerty store credit: This credit has no expiry date and can be used on any order of €20 of items or more, simply by selecting it at checkout. Granted as a commercial benefit, it is used exclusively in the form of store credit and is not convertible into cash. The deposit charged remains, for its part, subject to your right of withdrawal under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.
  
  
• Cancellation of the deposit: if you place a new order within 24 hours of your first order and the total of your items, across all orders, reaches €20 or more, the Flexpay deposit is automatically cancelled and will not be charged. Your orders are then prepared and shipped in the same parcel.
  
  
• Consent: Flexpay is presented and expressly accepted by the customer before the order is validated. The amount of the deposit, its due date and the conditions for its refund are displayed at the time of acceptance. These conditions form an integral part of these Payment Terms.

Currency & Bank Fees

• All transactions are processed in EUR, and you pay in EUR — no currency conversion is applied on our end.
  
  
• All prices displayed on our website include VAT.
  
  
• Important: If your payment method is in another currency, your bank may charge a conversion fee. We recommend checking with your bank for any applicable charges.
